Cassava is considered as the 3^rd rank of food crops in Vietnam. The total cultivated area and productivity of cassava have significantly increased up to now. Fresh cassava root production roughly obtained 9 million tones annually. Average cassava productivity gained 16 t /ha including  3.36 t of its root peels (RPs) as its by-products.

The most important research findings relate to 1) the importance of vertical integration under contract farming from in agriculture in general and shrimp production in particular; 2) the shrimp production in the world, especially in Vietnam; 3) the flow of shrimp in MRD and farmers production affectivity; 4) the vertical integration of farmers under contract farming form with a providing of social and technical barriers that affect ability of farmers to integrate in the shrimp value chain;

The study aims at determining the pathogen causing ratoon stunt disease (RSD) via morphological, biochemical and molecular properties, and suggesting the appropriate management especially in seed multiplication.

In SC medium plus nalidixic acid at 10µg/ml, the colony diameters obtained 0.19 mm (varied from 0.09 mm to 0.30 mm) withouth pigment or with lightly white colour.Catalase reaction was positive but negative oxydase and red methyl reactions

Ea Sup district, Dak Lak province is mountainous area, where there are being settled by many ethnic minority people. Cereal cultivation is the main production with rice accounting for 50% of cultivated area which has varied from 11 to 14 thousand ha in recent years.

Drought stress that causes a significant reduction in maize productitivity, addresses the unpreditable forecast on incidence, severity level and occurrence frequences. Therefore, drought tolerance breeding on maize hybrids has always become an interest subject to be discussed. Otherwise, planting density and fertilizer levels are considered as the key factors to mainly affect maize productivity. Optimum planting density and appropriaate fertilizer application are essential to offer desirable grain yield.

The wild species of genus Oryza is regarded as a valuable resource for rice improvement because of its high genetic diversity. Chloroplast genome variations (maternal lineage) mentioning Oryza rufipogon populations collected were evaluated through 8 cpINDELs. 166 accessions from Vietnam comprises 10 plastid types, carrying 5 that were unique and different from the controls.

Dong Nam Bo (DNB) (South-eastern Region) is considered as one of the most favorable areas in the country to promote desirable crops, which are intensively grown for export purpose. Rubber, coffee, black pepper, cashew nut, maize, groundnut, and vegetable have been developed successfully.

P deficiency is considered as an important limitation of crop productivity. The lowland rice areas of Southern Vietnam as Fluvisols, Acrisols have been emphasized to be investigated how to improve the problem.
